Burke has managed a wide range of successful commercial projects over his 25+ years in the industry. His experience and reputation have allowed him to keep focus on scheduling, budgeting, and safety to ensure that projects are completed on time and within specified constraints. Burke's ability to manage the manpower both on and off-site allows simultaneous project coordination to occur efficiently. Burke believes in the development and mentorship of apprentices and journeyman for their future success at E3. 

Mike has been in the electrical industry for 25+ years, 20+ of those being in the estimating capacity. In those years, he has risen to be a Chief Estimator for a successful electrical company with over 100 employees. He has successfully quoted various types of projects ranging from small base building projects to large scale condo high rises. As well as the open market type projects, Mike has been involved with several design build projects. Working directly with the owner, engineers and general contractors, he has successfully completed the design accurately and within budget.  

Jeff brings over 15 years of construction experience in the electrical industry as a site foreman and superintendent.  He manages the construction crew with a belief that a successful team starts with training the future leaders of E3 Electrical Systems.  With a passion for electrical and the evolving industry, Jeff is committed to delivering exceptional services to our customers through positive communication and well-planned installations.

Devon brings over 7+ years of construction experience in the electrical industry, beginning his career as an electrical apprentice before transitioning into project coordination. Since joining E3 in 2021, he has supported the planning, procurement, and successful completion of more than 100 projects. With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, Devon helps ensure efficient project workflows, clear communication, and well‑organized execution across the team.
